Kona's Story
Is it just a coincidence that our dog Kona bears an uncanny resemblance to the dog on your redesigned labels or is it as I believe, providence, a sweet reminder of just how much Spot’s Stew has helped to improve his health?
It began last May when my husband and I noticed that our beloved dog struggled to jump up on the sofa as he normally did with great gusto. It was as if Kona had lost strength in his back legs. Thinking it was merely arthritis, after all it had been nearly ten years since we adopted him from the local shelter, we scheduled a veterinarian visit.
Milo's Story
I adopted Milo on Valentine’s Day 2008. He came to me from a co-worker’s family who hadn’t the time for him, and whose dog seemed to think that Milo would make a very delicious dessert!
At the time I was training for a new job that I had taken on, so Milo got to live with me in a tiny apartment with 2 other roommates and not much space! I had always grown up in a house full of animals. In fact, I grew up surrounded by 5 cats, 3 dogs, and a slew of farm animals to go along! With that said, I thought I knew at least the basics to caring for the small weary kitten that had just come into my life, little did I know that there was still so much to learn.
